A woman on TikTok is encouraging other women to trust their instincts after her suspicions of her husband’s infidelity were confirmed with a little help from TikTok. In a video, Anna says she and her soon-to-be ex had “the same fight about the same girl for months,” and everytime, her husband denied it and called her crazy. But she had a feeling he was lying and videos posted to the social media app eventually proved she was right.
Anna saw videos posted to the woman’s TikTok showing her staying at Anna’s house with her husband while she was out of town for work. “And that’s when I realized that they had spent the whole Christmas weekend together,” she says in her video, captioned, “Trust your damn gut.”
After Anna confronted her husband about the affair, he denied everything and she says he wouldn’t let her speak with her daughter. So she asked her friends to go check on her kid and they sent her a photo of the woman’s car parked in front of her house. When Anna got home, she found beauty products and clothes left by the woman around the house. She says she and her husband have since split and are going through a divorce after she “finally was able to gather the courage” to file.
